Java Developer – Java, Mulesoft, Springboot£market rate (Outside IR35)Glasgow / 5 days a week onsite6 months initially My client is looking for for Java Developers with strong backend and integration experience to support the development of scalable, API-driven systems. This role will focus on backend services, microservices architecture, and integration using MuleSoft, making it ideal for developers who enjoy working onplex system integrations and enterprise platforms.Key Requirements

Strong Java (8+) with Spring Boot/Spring

Experience with microservices & REST APIs

Hands-on MuleSoft (Mule 4) – Anypoint Platform, API development, JSON/XML

Understanding of integration patterns & architecture

Experience with CI/CD and Git

Knowledge of TDD & automated testing

Agile/Scrum experience

Strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Full-stack or front-end exposure (JSF)

AWS/cloud experience

Tools: Gradle, Ansible, Go...
