1. Plans, develops, tests, debugs, optimizes, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program such as described at role purpose above, … and other systems. 2. Consults with user and internal team (BA team) to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

3. Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements.
