Overview

A Jazz Business Consultant will offer advice and expertise to corporate clients to help them improve their business performance while leveraging Jazz's diverse GSM, ICT, M2M and Quantica portfolio. The JBC will build and sustain long-term meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring client engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction. The role is part of the Enterprise Sales department and reports to the Regional Manager.

What does Jazz Business Consultant GSM do?

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored GSM solutions that meet their requirements.
• Achieve monthly Sales/Revenue targets through GSM products and services.
• Drive customer retention and recovery targets within the assigned portfolio.
