Requisitos

• Bachillerato concluido
• Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor, manager, or responsible in the embroidery and dotting area
• Knowledge of embroidery and dotting processes for garments
• Management of embroidery machines with 4 to 12 heads
• Immediate availability
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Results orientation and focus on quality
• Excel and office package proficiency
• Design software proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct daily activities in the embroidery and dotting area
• Ensure compliance with quality and production standards
• Motivate and train the work team
• Optimize embroidery processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Resolve technical and production issues promptly
