Job Summary

Based in our thriving manufacturing centre of excellence in East Cowes, the Jig Erector reports to the Tooling Repair and Maintenance Team Leader and will join a small specialist team responsible for the manufacture, maintenance and recertification of tooling.

They will carry out the required standard activities of their assigned tasks in full compliance with Work Instructions and SOPs, ensuring no compromise to personal or colleague safety. The Jig Erector will be fully supported by their Team Leader, who will facilitate training, coaching and respond to any quality or safety concerns, and who expects the team member to actively identify hazards, report problems and propose improvement ideas.
