Robots & Pencils is seeking a Jira Platform Developer to design, optimize, and extend an enterprise-scale Atlassian ecosystem supporting more than 45,000 users across 900 Jira and Confluence instances. This role combines platform development, system integration, and process automation to build scalable, resilient systems that enable delivery of excellence.
As a systems and delivery engineer, you'll partner with platform administrators, developers, and PMO teams to modernize existing configurations, automate key workflows, and implement governance frameworks that drive efficiency and sustainability. You'll play a critical role in transforming a complex, fragmented toolset into a unified, high-performance platform for enterprise collaboration and execution.
