Jira/Confluence & Microsoft 365 Administrator (Teams/SharePoint)

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer‑ and team‑oriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Penang site.

What You Will Do

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence, including user and permission management, workflows, dashboards, reports, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner). Evaluate, test, and implement new features, add‑ons, and integrations for Jira and Confluence, ensuring compliance with IT governance, data protection, and security.
• Plan and execute updates, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., from Data Center to Cloud), including troubleshooting and performance optimisation on Linux with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
