One of our clients, a reputed law firm based in Chennai, is looking out for a legal counsel. 


The position will be involved in the development of new capabilities and value-added services and will require a high level of creativity, personal drive and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore will offer significant growth opportunities.



Requirements:

01- Minimum 3 years of contract negotiation experience, preferably with technology / IT MNCs or a reputed law firm. 

02- Past experience in working in a cross- cultural environment will be an added advantage.

03- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (preferably a law degree) from reputable and recognized university.

04- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English language.

05- Clear understanding of basic legal concepts and strong desire to learn/ adapt new skills.
