This role involves securing informational interviews, arranging job shadowing opportunities, and negotiating employment placements. Additionally, the Job Developer assists clients with resume creation, interview preparation, job search techniques, onboarding, training, and ongoing job maintenance. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the trades sector.
