Position Overview
3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To undertake and deliver job evaluation activity to ensure roles are assessed consistently, fairly and in accordance with agreed job evaluation methodologies across the organisation. The postholder will evaluate roles and appeals using the National Joint Council (NJC) and Hay job evaluation schemes, providing professional advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues and stakeholders. They will ensure job evaluation processes are applied consistently, support pay and reward initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the job evaluation service while promoting equality, transparency and fairness in pay and grading decisions.
