Designation: Factory Manager
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA
Job Role:
1. Oversee the workers and the equipment on the factory floor and ensure both are operating at maximum efficiency
2. Contribute to production strategy decisions and carry them out
3. Create and Enforce QC SOP's
4. Create and Implement Machine Maintenance SOP's

Desired candidate profile:
1.BE Mechanical or Production
2. 8-10 yrs experience in production, maintenance, quality in a manufacturing company
3. Expertise in the equipment and production process
4.Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
