Description

The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work‑based experience. Applications are invited for the Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of Eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Consultation – Assisting with managing queries, providing information to claimants, facilitating the signing of offers from the region and attending outreach events where required.
• Onboarding – Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims.
• Merits – Assessing the nature of accidents in claims to establish the RAF’s liability.
