Core Requirements Minimum 2 years of Telesales experience Sales Skills: Cold calling and lead generation. Proven ability to meet/beat sales targets. Experience selling digital advertising solutions. Interest in online recruitment / HR tech is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and people skills. Resilient, confident, and target-driven. Relationship-building ability. Expected to manage full sales cycle: new business - after-sales service. Digital Mindset: Comfortable with online platforms, digital tools, and learning new skills.

Location: Candidates must reside in Pretoria.
