Client Servicing – Internal Research Teams –
o Closely working with CS teams during all aspect of project life cycle

o Swift in managing all communication with CS teams

o Providing relevant supports to CS teams to make them comfortable with understanding of data collection processes

o Proactive in discussing issues/ challenges and providing actionable solutions

- Project Management:

o Leading & monitor project work

o Proactively gauging issues/ challenges in project execution and guiding team with effective solutions

o Overall training & development of execution teams

o Monitor Data Analysis and Validation, ensuring errorless data delivery to client

o Monitoring of individual project costs throughout the project cycle

o Taking complete control of projects
