Urgently hiring for insurance advisors for a leading general insurance company fr its office based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA
KRA:

• Act as an interface between the company & customers.

• You should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.

• Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.

• Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).

• Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.

• Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.

• Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis.

• Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
