Role: Sales Officer Home Loan
Job Description:

• Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels/ APF tie up – to source the residential project and ensure the APF part as well as biz penetration.

• Develop and maintain relationship with clients / Developer /Contractor for repeat business and referral/s.

• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.

• Arrange loan events- organize events/ activities for lead generation.

• Handle product queries and service issues.

• Ensure the achievement of given business target.

• Comfortable with travel, doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with team or alone on daily basis as required for business in area assigned to the candidate.

• Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients. (Relationship handling)...
