Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and skilled Operating Theatre (OT) Nurses. Male and female candidates are welcome to join our surgical team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience supporting surgical procedures across one or more of the following specialties: Ophthalmology, ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Oncology, and Infectious Diseases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain OT instruments and equipment for procedures in the relevant specialty.
• Assist surgeons during pre‑operative, intra‑operative and post‑operative phases.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate post‑op care as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records.
