Detail:Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
Process daily financial transactions, journals, cashbook and general ledger entries
Manage debtors and creditors, including reconciliations, invoicing and payment processing
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, UIF and other statutory returns
Process weekly wages and maintain accurate payroll records
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for year-end audits
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Assist with month-end reporting and resolve account discrepancies Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance qualification (ICB or equivalent)Β
