Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both the company and applicants.
• Administer employee onboarding, including preparing employment contracts and facilitating orientation programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
