Safety and security of the factory in terms of security staff deployment, Fire safety arrangements, Shop floor operations.

Full statutory compliance report related to all Government Department.

Workforce man power planning and managing all Labour contractors for smooth manpower supply throughout the year.

Ensure healthy working conditions at factory by minimizing IR disputes as and when required.

Attending internal/External Audits.

Maintaining Social and Labour compliance at all the time e.g. SEDEX, Intertek, BSCI, SGS social audits.

Maintaining different Registers under various act.

Contract Labour Management and to monitor the submission of various returns under applicable labour laws.

General administrative work and other duties as assigned.
