Conduct research and design experiments to develop and optimize synthetic
routes for API molecules.
Perform literature searches for identified API molecules to determine synthesis
routes, polymorphs, and analytical methods.
Record all experiments in the laboratory notebook (LNB) and maintain
corresponding analytical data in organized folders.
Design synthetic routes for the synthesis and isolation of impurities and
reference standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment in the
laboratory.
Develop non-infringing synthetic processes based on literature, raw material
availability, and polymorph studies.
