1. Achieve branch targets through monthly initiative launches and drive
2. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the partner bank officials at the Branch level

3. Promoting sales and achieving targets set by the company in respect of new business, renewal persistency and promoting company's brand image within the given cluster of branches

4. He will be responsible for taking appointment, meeting & then gradually closing the call

5. Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors

6. Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors

7. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity

8. Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

9. Driving various competitions and club memberships
