JOB DETAILS

1. Responsible for management of stores inventory control System
2. Stocking / dispatch of raw material, indenting, checking of material received i.e., quantity and quality, etc

3. Preparation of all types of documents (Excise/dispatch/Stores Grns, RA bills etc. all document work with good record keeping)

4. Hands on working experience on SAP

5. Must be conversant in receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse

6. Updating Surgery-Purchase Order Received Report, Pending Purchase Order File, & Consignment File Update

7. Stock Taking - monthly and whenever required

8. Material in / Rejection-in entry in tally - For consignment returns to HO

9. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
