Position Overview

Become a vital part of MEC’s leadership team as an Assistant General Manager. Effectively collaborate with the General Manager to oversee store performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an individual with 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a retail or service environment. This role emphasizes data interpretation of store-level KPIs, advocating for a respectful culture, and nurturing team members through performance coaching. You will ensure operational efficiency and uphold MEC values in every function.
