Work collaboratively as part of the Fabric Team on the Cumbria Consortium contract, delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
Ensure all assigned work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Accurately complete all work-related documentation in a timely manner.
