Armadio Design Closets is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our state-of-the-art joinery and kitchen manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, lean manufacturing, quality control, and team leadership within the joinery, cabinetry, furniture, or woodworking industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all factory operations from production planning to dispatch.
• Lead production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Monitor machine utilization and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Installation departments.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
