Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fitout projects ensuring quality schedule and budget goals are met. 
Review and interpret technical drawings joinery shop drawings and project plans. 
Coordinate with clients designers architects and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned. 
Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines. 
Manage production teams subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 
Develop and maintain project schedules track progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. 
Ensure all health & safety quality and regulatory requirements are consistently met. 
Provide leadership motivation and direction to crossfunctional project teams.
