The Joint Director QA (MRO and Systems) supports the Director – QA in managing quality assurance activities for the MRO facility handling weapon systems, electro optical systems, and associated components. The role provides QA oversight for repair, inspection and testing, ensures implementation of the ASI QMS, and supports customer and regulatory QA requirements.

Responsible for QA activities at the MRO facility, covering inspection, repair quality, and final acceptance of systems, EO systems and related components, in coordination with facility QA and operations teams. Establishing and maintaining MRO‐specific QAPs, inspection procedures, repair quality checkpoints, acceptance standards, and documentation controls. Responsible for QA and related technical issues pertaining to IAI scope of work for all ground systems of MRSAM system of IAF and Army.
