**Description**

Our customer, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), acts as the provider of Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers, the department of War (DoW) and national security organizations. This position directly supports the DISA-provided capabilities and services in our 24x7 Joint Fires Network (JFN) NOC often working in tandem with our Transport, IP, SATCOM, and/or Unified Capabilities (UC) NOCs.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Lead daily contractor operations and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks, staffing, and performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with JFN documentation, DoW policies, DISA guidance, local TTPs, and Watch Officer procedures.
+ Represent the JFN NOC in meetings and working groups, assessing operational impacts of proposed changes and initiatives.
