**Responsibilities**

+ Operate weld machines and ensure they are functioning correctly.
+ Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
+ Work collaboratively in an assembly line to produce joists.
+ Read and interpret schematics for joist assembly.
+ Participate in training to learn machinery operation and welding techniques.
+ Operate laser machines or other equipment as needed.
+ Handle materials and perform cleaning and sweeping tasks as necessary.
+ Conduct touch-up painting (standard, no spray paint).
