**General Purpose**

A Journeymanshall have had at least three years’ experience or equivalent related training, and shall be qualified in one of the following branches of the trade:

+ Line Construction and Maintenance;
+ Station and Substation Construction and Maintenance includes but not limited to: Journeyman Station Wireman and Journeyman Station Meter & Relay Technician;
+ Meter Installation, Testing and Maintenance;
+ Underground Construction and Maintenance;
+ Communications Construction and Maintenance and
+ Estimating.
