OverviewThe Journeyman Plumber's key accountability is to manage the scope of work on a given project, and report regularly to the Operations Leader. Key responsibilities include managing a project on a day-to-day basis and ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedule/needs/materials with Operations Leader.
Recognize delays/issues and communicate with Operations Leader.
On-the-job training of Apprentice.
Follow a set of plans, making sure to have the correct set of plans.
Keep the job site clean and organized.
Layout and rough-in on the job from start to finish.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Responsible for maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of vehicles.
Responsible Quality Control of all aspects of the installation.
Follow contracted scope of work.
Complete projects on time and within budget.
