The Facilities team at the University of Saskatchewan is a large support organization providing maintenance and service for mechanical systems across campus. This position is responsible for sustaining a variety of mechanical components and systems—fan systems, fluid power systems, air supply systems—through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Facilities, the role works in a multi‑trade environment under variable indoor and outdoor conditions and requires moderate to heavy physical labor. Shifts may change periodically and the employee may be on‑call on a rotational basis for emergencies.
