TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and maintain 100% of the operative knowledge of the contractual process.Coordinate, prepare, and provide training sessions to all people involved in the process.Maintain direct contact with regional and local stakeholders to align mid-risk situations required for the processing of agreements.Keep internal information and materials organized and updated.Serve as the first internal escalation point whenever there are questions about the process.Process and review contracts via the Contract Center-Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) user interface based on requests and content contributions from Bayer-internal clients, especially Procurement, General Commercial, R&D, and businesses with Healthcare Professionals.Guide the Requestor through every step of the process.Create materials required for train...
