**CRE Originator Jr**
The CRE Jr. Originator (JO) will be responsible for assessing the financial viability of proposed investment opportunities and developing customized financing solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs. This role requires a fundamental understanding of the underpinnings of CRE credit in the framework of a CRE debt investment strategy. The JO will use their credit understanding to partner with the credit team to analyze potential risks associated with each transaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The CRE JO will be instrumental in driving business growth in the sourcing and underwriting of new deals and contributing to the overall expansion of our CRE portfolio.
