Overview

Support the Operations team in achieving productivity, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives. This position will work closely with production, engineering, and support functions and contribute to the achievement of business goals within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications Current student in the final semesters or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in manufacturing and production operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5 S, Kaizen, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies is preferred. Advanced English skills are required. Full-time availability (for recent graduates). Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
