Safety

Assists in maintaining the general health and welfare of all employees, customers, and those in public contact with our operational services within the established guidelines of safety processes, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities as Jr. Accountant

Review / analyze and code plant expenses/freight charges for payment

Records and updates balance sheet accounts and reports

May engage in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

May performs A/P duties such as verifying and posting invoices for payment and ensuring expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts

Responsibilities as Jr. IT Liaison  

Assist with IT staff to obtain, implement and track the placement of IT equipment. Including printers, computers, phone systems and credit card machines
