Description
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Payroll Specialist to join its accounting and payroll team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational payroll experience who is looking to expand their knowledge and gain hands-on experience in a high-volume payroll environment. You'll work alongside experienced payroll professionals while supporting payroll processing, reporting, and employee payroll administration.

Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

+ Assist with weekly and biweekly payroll processing

+ Review employee timesheets and attendance records for accuracy

+ Process payroll changes including wage adjustments and employee updates

+ Maintain payroll records and employee information

+ Support payroll reporting and reconciliations

Employee Support

+ Respond to payroll-related inquiries

+ Assist with onboarding and payroll setup for new employees
