Role Overview
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will support the testing and quality assurance process for Proto's AI platforms, chatbot systems, integrations, and client deployments.
You will work closely with Engineering, CX, Product, and Operations teams to identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure smooth user experiences across voice and chat systems.
This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who wants hands-on exposure to AI platforms, APIs, automation tools, and enterprise deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing for web platforms, chatbot systems, and integrations
Identify, document, and track bugs and system issues
Validate fixes and perform regression testing
Assist in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios
Support QA testing for client deployments and new feature releases
Coordinate with developers and CX teams regarding reported issues
