The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor—not an order-taker—who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets. 1) Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST 2) Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening 3) Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.
