Responsibilities

• Perform MLT for non‑sterile products (raw material, packaging material, semi‑finished product) and maintain related documentation.
• Conduct bioburden tests for prefiltration samples and document results.
• Perform water testing, release, and documentation.
• Support microbiology laboratory activities and maintain related documents.
• Execute microbiology culture testing (maintaining, sub‑culturing, GPT) and document outcomes.
• Enter results into the SAP system.
• Monitor temperature of area and equipment via Vaisala/SIRIUS system.
• Ensure online compliance and documentation for all assigned tasks.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Follow safety precautions and good laboratory practices.
• Adhere to data integrity and Good Documentation Practices.
• Prepare SOPs and microbiology qualification/validation documents.
