Position Overview

            Primary responsibilities Administer user accounts, workstations and network infrastructure 
Troubleshoot workstations and server related problems 
Support mail, virtual, and storage infrastructure environments 
Requirements Knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows Server 2019 and 2022 
Expert proficiency supporting Microsoft Office 2016/2019 
Set up and configure laptops and desktop computers (OS installation, software installs, patches, etc.) 
Hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving 
Support maintenance activities in Active Directory 
Networking basics – resolve/troubleshoot issues (nslookup, ping, tracert, etc.) 
Good level of English language (90%) 
Excellent communication and organizational skills 
Ability to work in a team 
Strong desire to learn and grow
