The primary work comprises of the following: -
- Work on projects execution and interact with business and technology teams.
- Create documents for the technical components, jobs required and, update configuration details in Confluence.
- Analyse issues reported in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve.
- Support Non-Function Testing performed by Performance Testing team. Ensure environment availability and support queries from testing team.
- Baseline configuration objects for SIT, UAT and Production implementation.
- Implementation and rollout support for post implementation fixes and warranty support.
- Support Production Support or L3 Support team to resolve issues.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
