Identifying and responding to cyber threats – safeguarding the company's infrastructure and data. The role involves supporting the alert development cycle, triaging and investigating alerts, managing the full incident response lifecycle (investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery), and collecting and tracking metrics for reporting. The specialist works alongside internal customers and vendor support teams to ensure security tools are used in accordance with corporate policies and business needs, collaborates with Cybersecurity and IT teams to align priorities, executes new initiatives, and contributes to process improvements and documentation for new tools.
