Responsibilities:

+ Perform mold installation, removal, and changeovers on plastic injection molding machines according to production schedules.

+ Set up and adjust machine process parameters to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

+ Execute machine, mold, and auxiliary equipment set-ups prior to production start-up.

+ Verify proper operation of molds, cooling systems, and production equipment.

+ Perform production start-ups and make process adjustments to meet quality specifications.

+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot process deviations as needed.
