Job Summary
An office assistant or office manager who also has QuickBooks Online (Also Desktop) experience, so they can handle day-to-day office tasks and assist with bookkeeping as needed. Based on past candidates and employees, the majority of this role is office support across many areas—filing, phones, shipping, bank runs and errands, bill management sent to the accounting team, inventory, and general office coordination. In reality, less than 10% of the role typically involves actual bookkeeping in QuickBooks and the other 90% are within an office/assistant role based on the duties mentioned.
