What You'll Do — Across All BUs

+ Take ownership of a defined project or workstream from day one, with clear deliverables and a stakeholder you'll report progress to.

+ Contribute to real team output — your work ships, gets reviewed, and goes into production, marketing campaigns, design systems, or business decisions used by Newegg leaders.

+ Attend team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews as a full participant — not as an observer.

+ Receive structured feedback from your manager and mentor on a regular cadence, with a mid-point and end-of-program review.

+ Build a portfolio of work you can point to in future interviews — including projects with measurable business impact.

What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days

+ Completed onboarding, met your team, and understand how your BU contributes to Newegg overall.
