Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• At least 1 year work experience in realty / residential / horizontal housing and house development.
• Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Google Earth Pro, Sketch-Up, Rendering

Job Description

• Draw or plot plans as instructed
• Assists in preparation of letters, plans, drawings, cost estimates, maps, etc.
• Encodes plan and technical details
• Assists in the documentation of compliance documents
• Payroll and site inspection
• Other tasks that may be assigned.
