Roles and Responsibilities
- Be punctual and presentable at all times
- Report to and support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in his / her duties in running the Outlet(s)
- Prepare all beverage menu items in the designated food preparation section provided to you by the Company
- Handle the ordering of ingredients and ensure the bar is adequately stocked to avoid unnecessary loss of sales
- Ensure coffee beans provided by the Company are fresh and properly calibrated at all times
- Work with other baristas to develop new beverage menu items with recipes and processes based on seasonal changes and demands for all outlets
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served with outstanding quality and presentation, adhering to the recipe, process and presentation standards at all times
