The Sales Development Representative executes lead nurturing initiatives associated with our global demand generation program. This role makes outbound phone calls and emails to develop a pipeline of sales‑ready leads for strategic growth initiatives. The Sales Development Representative contacts prospects and existing customers for the initial qualification of new requests, performs database research, and qualifies new contacts and accounts with the express goal of generating a robust pipeline of potential for the commercial team. This position includes cold and warm calling prospects to generate and qualify leads.
